Infrastructure changes: new mirror in load balancer

Sebastien Crammate from Nixus Networks (Spain) was actually the first one to setup a mirror, but I forgot to announce it. The mirror is: http://mirrors.nixus.es/vyos/
Now it’s in the load balancer (mirror.vyos.net) too.
