Squeeze-LTS team imported patches for those vulnerabilities, so it’s probably the best to take the path of least resistance and just use those.
We’ll be working on a maintenance release, for the time being you can download and install updated packages by hand: http://dev.packages.vyos.net/tmp/ntp/
