The support portal migration that we announced on Friday is now complete.
The new FreshDesk platform will help us offer our customers and support engineers better functionality, performance, and user experience. During the next few weeks, we will finish the configuration and gradually introduce new capabilities of the new system.
You need to reset your password to be able to log in to new portal
All user accounts with their corresponding tickets are available from the web portal
The ticketing system should work as expected now.

The only part that needs more time to complete is access to VyOS image downloads.
Because there was no way to preserve permissions during migration, we are now working on a small app that will restore permissions in bulk for all companies.
If you need a VyOS image download link, please open a support ticket, and we'll make sure to arrange your access manually.
